    7 Feared Dead, Several Injured In Fatal Accident Along Thika Superhighway (Photos)

    On Wednesday, 6 September, a bus plying Mwiki – Nairobi route rammed into a lorry ferrying stones near the Garden City Mall along the Thika Superhighway.

    The lorry which was right in front of the bus is said to have had a tyre burst. The driver tried to steer it out of the road, but the bus driver could not manage to slow down.

    The MSL bus rammed the lorry from behind.

    A 14 seater matatu and two other personal cars were also involved in the horrid accident.

    The accident has caused heavy traffic jam along the busy highway that has been closed temporarily.
