Deputy President William Ruto has responded to NASA presidential candidate, Raila Odinga’s call to oust 12 IEBC commissioners.
In a series of tweets, the DP accused Odinga of threatening the commissioners who are protected by the Constitution.
Every kenyan,those at IEBC included have the protection of the Constitution. Nobody,however mighty ,should threaten them in any way or form.

Raila earlier on in the day said that his team will be conducting nationwide campaigns against the electoral body.
The opposition has maintained that there will be no elections on October 17 saying ‘no reforms, no elections.’
DP Ruto has said that Odinga continues to threaten 45 million Kenyans using ‘threats of violence, bloodshed, chaos and anarchy.’

Jubilee has maintained that IEBC will oversee the fresh polls as is constituted.
In accordance with our Kenyan constitution IEBC will prepare & oversee presidential elections in October.
