Kenya’s largest telecommunications company Safaricom has increased M-Pesa transactions limit to Sh250,000 for each transaction. At least 462 al-Shabaab members were killed last weekend in Somalia, Ethiopian National Defense Forces (ENDF) said. This happened during an attempted ambush at a military base controlled by the Ethiopian troops serving in the African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS).
