The ICT Authority Board formally revoked the reappointment of Chief Executive Officer Stanley Kamanguya, citing multiple procedural irregularities in the renewal process. Police sources have identified 20-year-old Wess Roley as the suspect in the sniper attack on firefighters in Idaho, according to the BBC’s US partner CBS News.
