A family in Nairobi is in distress after a city hospital declined to release the body of their kin over a Ksh18 million pending bill. The deceased, a medical doctor identified as Dr. Lincoln Khasakhala, succumbed to Covid-19 last month at the Nairobi Hospital. The government has broken its silence over the delayed resumption of the Kazi Mtaani Phase three programme. Several Huduma Centers countrywide are at risk of closure over rent arrears amounting to Ksh1.7 billion, it has emerged.
