The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has released a list of eight wanted terror suspects linked to Al-Shabaab. Residents of the Mombasa County government can now breathe easy after healthcare workers suspended a planned strike. The strike that was expected to kick off on Tuesday midnight was called off on Monday evening. 741 more people have tested positive for Covid-19 from a sample size of 5,329 tested in the last 24 hours. The new cases represent a positivity rate of 13.9 per cent, a drop from 19.2 per cent recorded on Saturday. A 25-year-old man trapped in a collapsed goldmine in Rongo, Migori County, has been rescued alive. Noah Ogweno was trapped after the mine collapsed at Kopuodho village in North Kamagambo three days ago.
