IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati and CEO Ezra Chiloba are back in court after three petitioners went to court under a certificate of urgency asking the court not to allow the two to conduct the new presidential elections that is to be held within 60 days.
The petitioners also sued the other commissioners saying that they ought to have conducted the polls in a credible manner but failed to do so.

The petitioners asked the court to restrain the Wafula Chebukati led team from participating in the presidential election pending the determination of this case.
The case will be heard next week.
The supreme court nullified the presidential elections and ordered for a fresh poll in 60 days.
