Several students in Jamhuri High school have been injured after a fight broke out between Christian students and Muslim students.

It is alleged that the Muslim students were forcefully trying to induct the christian students into their Islam faith. Those who refused were stabbed, physically beaten and were asked to leave the school.
The injured were rushed to hospital.
Nairobi county commander Japheth Koome has said that the police are investigating the matter.
The school has since been closed indefinitely following the said clash. 35 students were injured three students are said to be in critical condition.
One students said that the administration is openly biased to an extent that Muslim students and christian students have different facilities such as toilets and libraries.
