You know you might think that it is the only small fish like us who get into trouble with Google. No. Googlers dont give a hoot even when you are as monied as Royal Media as long as you dont behave. Nor will the  Youtube arm of Google hear of it.

Royal Media Services might have tasted this when they had their youtube channel which already had a good following pulled off. Citizen TV had been loading FIFA videos which they had no rights over onto Youtube without realising that they were going against the Youtube TOS. The problem is that they were warned more than three times and they thought that because they can do it with impunity in Kenya, they could get away with it also in the net.

After the third warning, Google yanked them off and now they are suffering becaue the Kenyan diaspora are on their necks. Now another things is that they might be soon be pulled off the net kabisa if they dont stop streaming Live some programs which they dont have regional or internal rights over.

What do you think of the ban of Royal Media Services from Youtube? Do you think it was a right decision? Leave your comments below.
