    Felix Is A Bribe Collector For Traffic Police, That’s Why He Is Untouchable – Boniface Mwangi

    Felix Mwingirwa who is popularly known as the ‘untouchable tout’ is yet to face charges for physically assaulting a passenger because he has connections within Central police station.

    The tout who is a serial offender according to statement released by the police was arrested but released on Sh.50,000

    The tout who works with Meru shuttle is alleged to collect bribes for police within the Tea room bus stop. Fellow touts fear reporting him to the police as no one would want to risk loosing a connection between them and the police.

    The police can not arrest him as they would not want their bribe collector in prison as they currently cannot do it by themselves.

    Felix arrogantly waves the tribal card saying that he cannot be arrested since Japheth Koome who is now at the police headquarters and DCI George Kinoti hail from his tribe.

    The tout came into the lime light after smashing a passenger’s head on a windscreen and then shoved him onto a barricade, cracking his  skull. The pictures of the incident were widely shared on social media.

    Felix Mwingirwa is known to assault people and when reported, the police alert him of the report and who reported him. He then works with the police to unfairly charge the person reporting the assault with bogus charges. Classic case of the accuser becoming the accused.

    In the January 30 incident two men stopped him from killing the assaulted passenger. The two men John Kariuki Mwaniki and John Kithinji were also assaulted, John Kithinji reported the matter under OB number 61/30/01/2018. This two alongside Wayne Wafula Msungu were witnesses to the crime where he left a man for dead.

    Wayne who posted the pictures online which caused an uproar forcing police to arrest and charge Felix has since been threatened.The untouchable tout has also instigated the arrest of witnesses John Kithinji and John Kariuki who are set to face charges for assaulting Felix Mwingirwa yet they are the ones who were assaulted. The two will face the assault charges at the Milimani law courts
