Hot 96 breakfast show host, Jalang’o has told the newest internet sensation ‘Githeri man’ to take whatever he can from whoever is offering before Kenyans forget about him.
”Make sure that your team keep tabs of everything everyone is offering you so that they can hold them accountable to deliver their promises before they forget you and their promises!” the letter read in part.
In an open letter to Martin Kamotho aka Githeri man, the comedian said that Martin was not special but was just a ‘Kenyan moment.’
”Githeriman you are not special neither did you do anything special but you are what I call a “Kenyan Moment “! A Kenyan moment is that moment where Kenyans come together to celebrate nothing , be happy about nothing and anything!” Jalas said.
Martin rose to fame after a picture of him eating githeri surfaced on the internet.
He had taken the meal with him to the polling station after getting hungry while waiting his turn to cast his ballot.
He has since received goodies from different companies including a piece of land, a phone from Safaricom.
