Mutahi NgunyiMutahi Ngunyi and his students from Fort hall school of government have said that President Uhuru Kenyatta was ill advised by ‘Jubilee cowards.’

They say that the Ngunjiri Wambugu’s petition seeking to oust Chief Justice David Maraga was the only courageous thing that would have been done but it was killed by the Jubilee party.

They say that the judgement that is yet to be released is the real civilian coup and Ngunyi says that now the Judiciary knows what Jubilee’s intention is.

He says that the the judgement may paralyze the IEBC and therefore rendering the October 17 election impossible.

He says that that is how the presidency will be snatched from Kenyatta.

The students say that the only way that Jubilee will retain the presidency is by questioning: question Chief Justice Maraga’s competency, morality and sanity even if he is what they call a ‘saint’.

In Mutahi’s view, Chief Justice Maraga is a foxy schemer that he has the intention of making himself a ‘de facto’ president.
