    NGO Board Bans ‘Kura Yangu Sauti Yangu’ And ‘We the People’ For Illegal Activities

    The NGO board has banned the operations NGO consortia Kura Yangu Sauti Yangu and we the People for holding illegal accounts  for political activities.

    In letter addressed to George Kegoro the Executive Director at the Kenya Human Rights Commission NGO board has raised concerns that his organization has been financing and supporting the operations of the two consortia.

    They are said to have transferred 36 million Kenya Shillings from the George Soros foundation for purposes of funding political and criminal operations in Kenya.

    The two have employed foreigners contrary the Kenyan citizenship and immigration act 2012.

    The NGO Board has directed the two consortia to cease all political operations  including including all electoral related programs and desist from all all or any engagements with legally registered charitable organizations in Kenya.
