    Safaricom Gets a Temporary Court Order Against Porting Access

    Safaricom has won the first round of its battle with Porting Access. The two firms have been locked into a battle of accusations with Porting Access accusing Safaricom of sabotaging the Mobile Number Porting. Safaricom has hit back and questioned the competency of Porting Access in implementing the service and also the character of the chairman, Mr Patrick Musimba.

    Now Safaricom has made good its threat to go to court and has got its certificate certified as urgent by Nairobi High Court and porting Access barred from making any more accusations against Safaricom. Lets wait and see how this pans out.
