Universities offering Tier II engineering programs, accredited to local standards, include University of Nairobi, Moi University, Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology, Egerton University, Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, Kenyatta University, Technical University of Mombasa, Technical University of Kenya, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, University of Eldoret, Multimedia University of Kenya, Murang’a University of Technology, Machakos University, South Eastern Kenya University, Strathmore University, Taita Taveta University, University of Embu, and Chuka University.

“The Committee assures the public that it remains committed to producing competent engineers and promoting quality engineering services through regulation, capacity building, and enforcing compliance in line with its corporate mission,” the board added.
