    Kabogo’s Tweet Triggers Angry Reactions From Kenyans

    Former Kiambu governor William Kaboogo morning tweet triggered Kenya’s to vent about the state of corruption in Kenya.

    In his tweet the former governor said that Kenyans were waking up early and working hard only for their taxes to be stolen by corrupt leaders.

    Here are some of the responses that Kenyans posted illustrating how angry they were at corruption.

    And then a 'mature elder' stands in a broad daylight and lie to Kenyans that there are no money stolen.
    That no one will die out of hunger when I can see the situation in Turkana.

    But the same Kenyans {me included} keep voting for the same thieves , or replacing them with bigger thieves .

    Other Kenans felt that the governor was only speaking because he was out of the government and that during hi tenure corruption was still rampant yet he was not vocal about it.

    Kenyans have been complaining about the state of corruption in the country. For the past months the newspaper headlines have been filled with scandals. Billions of shillings have been lost in scandals that are still under investigations.

    The latest is the  Arror and Kamwerer dam scandals which has seen Kenyans Sh 21billion.
