The owner of Precious Talent School, Moses Wainaina has been arrested. This comes days after a two storey classroom collapsed killing 8 pupils and leaving 64 others injured. Earlier today, Education CS George Magoha revoked the school’s operational license and transferred pupils to other schools. Some 480 pupils will relocate to Ngong Forest Primary School, 180 will be taken to Jamhuri Primary School and 130 to Riruta Satellite Primary School. Detectives are looking into a case in which an Equity Bank customer lost Sh2 million. According to the lender, the customer identified as 73 year old Faith Wanjiku was updated after an internal investigation was carried out. “Once the matter came to our attention, we carried out internal investigations and advised the client on the outcome,” the bank management said. Detectives on Thursday seized Sh100 million worth of fake U.S dollars at a nightclub in Kilimani. The raid also saw police recover 147 fake gold bars, 3000 black U.S. dollars in denominations of $100 at Plan 254 Club along Nyangumi Road. A former Treasury staff member, Judith Mwai, and her daughter Catherine Mwai have been found dead at their Golden Estate home in South B.
