Twitter has announced plans to start testing its voice messaging feature in Nigeria. Kenya and Somalia have reportedly agreed to equally share oil revenues from oil-rich disputed area at the Indian Ocean. According to reports, the agreement was brokered by Qatar which bought some oil blocks issued by Kenya from Italian oil company Eni two years ago. Eni alongside Total own at least 25 percent of blocks L11A, L11B and L12 offshore blocks in Lamu, which are not part of the disputed triangle. Tharaka Nithi governor Muthomi Njuki has been ranked the best governor overall in the country according to a report released on Tuesday, May 18 by Mizani Africa. The report which relied on the opinion of 47,000 Kenyan voters awarded Njuki 79.7 percent, followed by Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru at 79.4 percent. Bomet county has adopted an automated e-pay system in efforts to ramp up revenue collection. The county is targeting Sh300 million revenue for the financial year 2020/2021. The county Governor Hillary Barchok launched the system in partnership with Jambopay, the company running Nairobi’s eJijiPay. The top Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidate in 2020 Robinson Wanjala says he was partially helped score high by Embakasi East MP Babu Owino through online classes. Microsoft is launching a personal version of Teams that will allow friends and family chat, video call, and share calendars, locations, and files easily. The company has released the service almost a year after previewing the service. The personal service is closely similar to the more common business service. The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji has approved murder charges against prime suspect Peter Mwangi Njenga alias Ole Sankale in National Lands Commission (NLC) official Jennifer Wambua’s killing.
