Music streaming audio app, Spotify has launched a lyrics feature on its platform across the globe. This means that users can now access a song’s lyrics in real time. Spotify has partnered with Musixmatch which claims to offer lyrics for over eight million song titles. The lyrics feature will be available for free for all premium and free Spotify listeners on all platforms. These include iOS, android, desktop, gaming consoles and smart TVs. The government has announced the recruitment of the third phase of the Kazi Mtaani programme set to commence on Friday, November 19. Instagram might soon curb the menace brought about by bots on the platform. The company has started asking some users to provide video selfies taken from various angles of their face to ascertain that they are human. Bots have become a common fixture in the photo sharing platform, spamming comment sections and harassing users. They are also used to create fake followers so some accounts can appear popular even without real human followers. Twin brothers Paul and Eddie Ndichu are expected in court on Thursday, a directive by the Office of Directorate of Public Prosecution has said. The duo will be charged with assault and malicious property damage. Netflix has unveiled a new website where ìt will share metrics of its top ranking titles every week. The company had hinted that it would shift its ranking method a month ago. Acting Nairobi Governor Anne Kananu will officially take oath as the official holder of the position on Tuesday. Police have arrested 11 students from Kerugoya Girls High School following the Sunday evening fire at the school. According to Kirinyaga Central County Commissioner  Daniel Ndege, seven students were arrested on Sunday night while four were arrested Monday morning. They are currently being held at the Kerugoya police station. The police said the eleven students are helping with investigations into establishing the cause of the fire that razed a dormitory.
