Four people were Saturday night killed in a road accident on the Kibwezi-Kitui road in Makueni County. Police said one passenger was left in critical condition after being involved in the accident. Kibwezi base commander Morris Situma said the accident occurred at around 11pm on killing three on the spot and two were rushed to the Kibwezi AMREF hospital for treatment. One more victims however succumbed to injuries at the medical facility as one was left nursing injuries. Two boxers in Japan died from brain injuries they incurred in separate bouts during the same event in Tokyo, officials said. Detectives are investigating a bizarre incident where a man was sent three human fingers tied with six live bullets in Eldoret Town. The receiver said he had been called by an unknown man who informed him he had his parcel and sent a rider to deliver the same to him. A guard was killed in a raid on a Korean run camp in Kenyewa, Mashuuru, Kajiado County. Police said the Korean Mission Camp was invaded by five suspects prompting two guards on duty to react. Detectives are investigating an incident where a 37-year-old woman was murdered before the assailant set her body on fire as a cover up in Pangani area, Nairobi. At least two passengers were killed in a crash between a passenger bus and a lorry near Mai Mahiu Town, Nakuru County.
