The man who was hit and killed by a car in President William Ruto’s motorcade at Adams Arcade, Ngong Road, Nairobi was a British national, Edgar Charles Frederick, aged 79. Police said the car involved in the accident was that of the Regional Commissioner in Nairobi. The car has been identified and detained for probe. At least 14 people were Friday morning when a lorry rammed onto a matatu at Migaa area, Molo on the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway. Police said all on board the Kitale Shuttle matatu died in the 3 am incident on March 14. Migaa area is regarded a black spot.
