A suspect who stabbed and killed a policewoman in her house in Umasaini area, Mashruu, Kajiado County was arrested hours later in Nairobi. The suspect was arrested in Mathare slums where he was hiding hours after he had escaped from the scene of crime. Kenyan authorities have singled out the forgery of travel documents as the country’s biggest cross-border security concern. At least 60 terrorists involved in Tuesday’s Lamu attack have been killed, Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki announced Wednesday.
