The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has clarified that the government has not reinstated fuel subsidies. EPRA director general Daniel Kiptoo on Tuesday said the government has instead reverted to fuel stabilization through the Petroleum Development Levy (PDL). Four men were on Monday night killed by unknown assailants in a village in Gatundu North, Kiambu County. Police said the incident happened in Gacugi village in Ngorongo. Detectives are investigating the discovery of a body of a man in a thicker in a village in Lamu County. The incident happened in Kanganja village within Mkunumbi location, police said.
