Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino has initiated a scheme that is meant to curb the unemployment menace that is his in his constituency.

He has said that the unemployed youth will be taken to vocational school. He said that they would be trained on how to be saloonists, plumbers, barbers and masons.
“Youths who are not in school will get training in vocational institutions,will be trained to be saloonists,plumbers,electricians,barbers,drivers,carpenters,masons..etc All these will be paid using money from CDF.” the member of parliament said.
The newly elected member of parliament said that those who will refuse to be trained will be dispensed from the constituency.
Babu Owino also said that he would be providing bursaries for needy children so that they would go to school.
