Diamond’s manager Babu Tale risks going to jail together with his brother Iddi Tale. The two brothers are said to be in contempt of court.
Babu Tale who runs Tip Top company together with his brother Iddi are said to have had an agreement with a man who goes by the name Sheikh. The two agreed that Tip Top company would have his work for domestic use but the company later used the work for commercial purposes without his consent.
Mr Sheikh took the company to court earlier this year and the Tip Top company was ordered to compensate him but are yet to comply with the order.
The court had ordered that the company compensate him as failure to do so could lead to them being jailed since the two brothers are the directors of the company.
Wasafi records CEO, has also been involved in court cases. He was recently taken to court by his baby mama, Hamisa Mobetto who was demanding for child support.
Another band from Tanzania which goes by the name Msando ngoma has also filed a case against Diamond and the Wasafi records for using their saxophone melody without their approval.

Msando ngoma’s lawyer has asked Diamond and the crew to compensate his client 300 million Tanzanian shilling failure to which they would face legal action. It surely seems like trouble keeps following the Wasafi records members.
