    win in the 1st round as required by the Constitution of Kenya?

    Uhuru’s votes: 6173433, 0.5003322482% (50%)
    Raila’s votes: 5340546, 0.4328300618% (43%)
    U+R votes: 11513979, 0.93316231% (93%)
    Others votes: 824688, 0.06683769% (6.68%)
    Rejected votes: 108375, 0.0087833637% (0.0878%)
    Voter turnout: 0.8605931243% (86%)

    Winner in 1st  round percentage should be: 50% of total cast votes +1(vote).

    Thus short of 1st round clear win as required by the Constitution of Kenya.
