Former Machakos governor aspirant Titus Ndundu was on Sunday arrested at his Ikombe home.
Ndundu was held at Masii police station before his arraignment on Monday morning. He was charged with defiling an under-age girl on May, 14 2018.
Appearing before Machakos resident magistrate Irene Kahuya, the politician denied the charges and was released on a Sh.100,000 bond with a surety of a similar amount.
His lawyer asked to be furnished with pictures of the 17 year old girl along with other details.

The case will be mentioned on June 11, 2018.
Ndundu lost the race in the 2017 general elections to Governor Alfred Mutua. He garnered 2,694 votes.
