‘Kura Yangu Sauti Yangu’ have asserted that they noted a myriad of irregularities and illegalities after the scrutiny of the forms 34 A and B.
The group said that there were visible alterations of the forms.
Kura Yangu sampled forms from Garissa, Samburu and Kakamega which they noted altered forms that increased the number of votes for the third respondents.

In a polling station in Garissa the original copy depicted different figures from the carbon copy that was presented to the National tallying center.
They said that they noted that about 141 kits they scrutinized bore that they were opened in 2009, 22 were opened before the August 8 poll while 28 KIEMs Kit were opened after the nullification where as 538 had no record of being opened.
All these information have been backed by affidavits according to Kura yangu sauti yangu through their lawyer Mr. Deya.
The Supreme Court had allowed for scrutiny of election materials.
