Hundreds of Jubilee supporters from Bungoma county are still stranded in Nairobi after being ferried by Speaker of the Senate, Ken Lusaka.
A source says that the former governor gave them some Sh1600 inclusive of their meals and fare back home.
Mr Lusaka and CS Water, Eugene Wamalwa are apparently ducking the people’s calls and texts.
The Jubilee supporters allegedly slept hungry and had nowhere to lay their heads after the inauguration ceremony was concluded as leaders left for the state house.
The speaker was in June accused by Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula of not paying his ‘rented crowd’ that attended President Uhuru Kenyatta’s rallies.

”Just because 2 weeks ago, you were transporting people from outside Bungoma to your farcical rally, now you imagine everybody does the same,” Lusaka told off Wetangula.
President Kenyatta was sworn in on Tuesday for his second term in office in the presence of thousands of Kenyans and heads of state.
