    Nairobi Police Boss Joseph Ole Tito To Probe Allegations On ‘Untouchable Tout’

    Nairobi police boss  Joseph Ole Tito has said that the DCI will open investigations on the untouchable tout Felix Mwingirwa who has been terrorizing fellow touts and passengers at the Tea Room stage.

    He said that he will also be investigating the allegations that the tout has been colluding with senior officers at the Central police station. Joseph Ole Tito said that the tout has three assault cases pending with one dating back to 2004.

    He urged the members of the public who have been victims of the untouchable tout to report to the nearest police station.

    He clarified that the two people who were assaulted in the last incident were facing charges for destroying his car and that his charges were still pending.
