This is after a photographer took a shot of him and the photo ended up being used by Octopizzo’s organizers to promote on of his upcoming events.

The rapper has refused to pay the photographer for his work claiming that it is his image and was not consulted adding that there was no agreement between him and the photographer.
He has now come up with ground rules for any photographer who plans to attend his event in future:

Know media that will be invited to the event is not prohibited at all.
Freelance photographers who most of the time gets in with complimentary tickets has to sign a consent.

Funny how he does not want his photos to be used for commercial purposes yet he is using the photographers photo commercially.
