Reality TV star Pendo has denied being arrested on Thursday as she could not settle a hotel bill.
Taking to Instagram, she termed the reports as “fake news” asking her haters to “try harder.”
The Nairobi Diaries star is said to have spent at least Sh80,000 with her Mzungu boyfriend, Joseph Koener.
The singer reportedly spent eight nights at a Westlands hotel but could not pay her bills after the fiance abandoned her.

According to Mpasho, Pendo was taken to Parklands Police Station where she was held.
The beauty got engaged to Mr Kner about a week ago but according to the Pulse Joseph, a Norwegian national was married to another Kenyan Elizabeth Waithera.
Their relationship did not work out and is trying to divorce her before saying “I do” to the reality star.
Things haven’t gone his way and is currently squabbling with his soon to be ex-wife who he met in 2012. He accuses Waithera of reporting him to the Norwegian authorities and painting him as an abusive person.
So bad is the situation that he has been blocked from leaving the country until he settles his matrimonial disputes.
He does however disclose that he met Pendo online and had no idea that she was some sort of a big deal.
