Raila Odinga, NASA presidential candidate on Thursday held a presser at his Capital Hill offices with fresh rigging claims.
The ODM party leader claimed that the 42 people are police and military officers being used by the Jubilee government to rig the General Election.

According to him, they are drawn from the Army, National Intelligence Service, General Service Unit and the Dog Unit.
They have allegedly been assigned returning officer, clerk and party agent positions.
The plan was hatched in June where their work IDs were confiscated and replaced with normal IDs.
The officers had according to Raila, let them in on the plan.
“Some of the officers have talked to us. We have evidence and will provide it.”
