The following men work at Samsung Kenya. Have allegedly opened “Briefcase” companies and by the position they hold at Kenya Samsung, us these companies to enrich themselves with under deals. This has been done by the approval of their boss Mr. Robert Ngeru (COO). They are:
James Chege Macharia (Finance Manager) and Mugo Mukunya (HR Manager).
Companies are: Orchid Resources Management. Alsaa Investment Limited. Jayden Limited.
Kenya Samsung pays these company lots of cash for services and staff supply. The 3 companies have employed a total of over 140 staff who work at Samsung as drivers, receptionist. Accountants. Retail sales representatives. No one of these 140 employees have a contract with any of the companies. No pay slips are issued also.
From the character of these men it is hard to believe that Income Tax, NSSF, NHIF and HELB deductions have been submitted appropriately.
KRA and EACC need to go and investigate these 3 companies and men. These 3 untouchable men sit on the disciplinary committee because of they are meant to have the highest level of “Integrity” but they are the most rotten employees at Samsung Kenya.
