The drama between Rich Mavoko and Wasafi Records continues as Mavoko drops a new song with the video heavily mocking the latter for holding him hostage.
The new hit ‘Ndegele’ is his first single since the beginning of his altercations with Diamond Platnumz’ recording stables, Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB).
At the beginning of the video, a frustrated man is seen tied with ropes, asking his assailants what they want from him.
“… ebu nielezeni ni kitu gani mnataka kutoka kwangu nyie?”
A lady, part of the assailants, asks him if he really is a “Msafi” which he responds to the affirmative.
“Kelele za nini, tuliza k****, umekuta watu wako kwenye party we umeleta vurugu, we si msafi?”

“Mi ni Msafi,” he responds.
The repsonse is met with threats of how he has now encountered the ‘dirty ones’.
“Sasa kama wewe Msafi basi leo unakutana na wachafu tena wachafu waliochafuka”.
The video is no doubt a mockery of his former recording label.
Rich Mavoko recently met with Diamond before Tanzania’s Baraza la Sanaa la Taifa (BASATA) to try and settle their differences but it is not yet clear what Mavoko’s fate will be.
