Supreme Court Judge Mohamed Ibrahim has been taken off the bench this morning due to unspecified illness.
The Supreme Court judge is said to be currently undergoing treatment, according to the Chief Justice David Maraga. He has not been able to attend the first session of the sitting which is hearing the Raila Odinga petition against IEBC declaring President Uhuru the elected President.

Judge Ibrahim was the acting Supreme Court President before the recruitment of the current Chief Justice.
