NRM General Miguna has been deported from Kenya to Canada, the lawyers representing him confirmed that they had received information from competent sources that he was in a KLM flight.

The court in Kajiado had ordered that he be transferred to Nairobi Milimani Law courts by 3 p.m. This did not materialize as he still was not presented in the court room

High court judge Luka Kimaru had ordered for the release of Miguna , the police failed to produce him in court despite the fact that the judge said that he would wait for him to be presented in order for him to release him. At 5.pm the court orderly alerted the judge that Miguna was in the premises.

The counsel for Miguna rushed to the holding cells to secure the release of the self proclaimed general but their frantic efforts proved to be futile, Miguna had again disappeared into thin air.
