Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has imposed sanctions on three Kenyan Premier League (KPL) referees after a review of questionable decisions and two National Super League (NSL) referee for misconduct.
Ref Joshua Achilla has been handed a three-match ban for two wrong offside calls during the Mashemeji Derby on 9th February 2019 and denying Ulinzi Stars a goal against Sofapaka.
Hosea Omondi will equally miss three league games having been found guilty of not sending off Gor Mahia’s goalkeeper, Shaban Odhoji, for denying Sony Sugar FC a goalscoring opportunity by a deliberate handball outside the penalty area
Meanwhile, he sent off an opposing teammate for the same offense on 3rd April 2019.

Collins Opiyo on the other hand has been given a four-mantch ban for awarding a questionable penalty to Sofapaka against KCB on 14th April 2019 and for failing to appear before the FKF Ad-hoc Committee after being summoned.
Nick Indieka has been found guilty of inciting referees against FKF Nairobi West Branch Officials during their Referees Seminar at the Hope Center. He will miss three NSL rounds.
Joshua Nyaga has been given a final warning for absconding duty.
