She has been suspended for three months.
Wambui Njoki was suspended for allegedly assaulting Chief Whip Simon Wamwea during a Liaison Committee retreat. Ms Njoki was suspeded for for two months.
The two allegedly after they differed over plans to scrap off the position of the deputy speaker.
Some members from the Murang’a County Assembly did not agree with the suspensions as they felt that they are driven by malice.
