
Willy Paul has responded to the artists accusing him of sampling their song ‘Bora Uhai’ in his latest release with rapper Khaligraph Jones.
Kahawa Tungu had earlier reported that Willy Paul’s song sounds a lot like that of rappers, Gorrilla x Saddat’s song which was released in mid- July 2018.
Another upcoming artist- group who go by the name Freelancers have revealed that the song also sample’s their track, ‘Bora Uhai’.
The group says that they reached out to Willy Paul but the artist ignored them for a while before getting back to them with a ‘don’t- care’ attitude.

Sharing bits from their conversations, Willy Paul threatened to sue the young group for defamation.
“Hahaa. Vijana, you don’t know who you are dealing with. I will sue you for defamation. Furthermore, I am Pozee. I run this. Yes, I sampled your track. Mtafanya?” Willy Paul responded.
The new song has caused an uproar online as people have accused Willy Paul of releasing secular music and working with secular artists despite being a gospel artist.
Before the release of the song, Khaligraph is said to have given his life to Christ.
