Aden Duale and the IEBC have been asked by the election court in Garrisa to respond to the petition against the Garrisa Township constituency that has been filed by Farah Maalim.

Farah Maalim filed a petition last month saying that his opponents supporters had been allowed to vote twice.

Aden Duale was accused of colluding with IEBC officials to delay the voting process in order to discourage Farah Maalim supporters not vote.

Farah Maalim was the ODM candidate for the seat.
