Nigerian Tech company, Encipher Limited, has forayed into the tablet market. The company, through facebook, has launched its own “iPad”. Encipher is a growing tech consultancy company based in the UK and run by two Nigerian technology entrepreneurs, Saheed Adepoju and Anibe Agamah.
