Airtel Kenya has announced the launch of Airtel Premier Club, a new exclusive service where select pre-paid, post-paid diamond and platinum customers will have special, distinctive priority access to the network, call center and all the Airtel shops across the country.

Airtel Premier Club members will experience personalized services such as credit facilities, the Zawadi rewards programme, an exclusive website, free SIM replacement and priority services. For club members roaming in different countries, one network will be a convenient roaming solution as it is designed to fit the Pan-African and Middle East customer’s communication needs.

One network profile allows customers to communicate at local rates, receive calls for free and recharge partner airtime vouchers when they travel to at least 17 countries in Africa.
