Mrs Magdalene Kimani, the Sosiana High School principal, told the Nation that she makes the daily trip to deliver KCSE exams to her 18 candidates. They were charged with consumption of alcohol, failing to maintain a physical distance, not wearing face masks, prohibition of gathering and contravening provisions of curfew. Former Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu’s woes are far from over as he fights to keep his luxury vehicles. Waititu popularly known as Baba Yao is in court seeking to restrain an asset finance firm from selling his two motor vehicles over a Sh10 million loan. A man nicknamed “Spiderman 3” has been arrested following burglary incidents in various Nairobi estates. Kennedy Otieno Oyier has been scaling walls of apartments and making away with cash, jewelry and electronics. The suspect was nabbed yesternight after theft incidents rose in posh estates of Parklands, Westlands, Lavington, Muthangari and Kileleshwa. Covid-19 positivity rate is currently at 12.4 percent after 1,030 tested positive from a sample size of 8,316. The total number of confirmed positive Covid-19 cases now stands at 145,184, while the cumulative tests conducted so far are 1,557,704. Lawyer Philip Murgor wants acting Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu to recuse herself from the interviewing panel for the CJ and Supreme Court judge. Five KDF soldiers were among 52 people arrested on Saturday morning for flouting Covid-19 containment measures. The revellers were nabbed at a popular nightclub in Lolwe, Kisumu county. A man, his wife and their 1-year-old daughter survived an accident along Kajiado-Namanga Road on Saturday morning. Sources privy to the details say sleuths are probing a well planned assassination seeing as the attackers targeted the deceased out of six others. 70 Anestar Boys High School Form Four students have been kicked out of school for breaking into Anestar Precious Girls Secondary School yesternight.
