More than 14 people have been confirmed dead in a grisly road accident in Kamukuywa bridge along Kitale-Webuye Road in Bungoma County. Eye witnesses say the accident occurred around 8pm and it involved a matatu, several private cars, lorries and a cane tractor. “There are numerous bodies all over. Jamii Telecommunications Limited (JTL) has finally launched its Faiba 4G network as we predicted in August, ending months of tests and uncertainty on when the network would launch. The launch makes JTL the fourth mobile operator after Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom and causing jitters in the market. UN Staff who have been besieged in their Dadaab compound are now appealing to the Kenyan security forces to intervene and help rescue them from the locals who wants to attack Nywele Ngumu and International Staff working with other NGOs and the UN. Hyundai Motors Kenya quietly exited the country few weeks ago without informing its clients who bought vehicles and are still covered by warranty on what they need to do. According to some buyers, the company’s premises was found deserted one day in September with no clear explanation and official communication networks disconnected. Communication Authority has come out to urge the public not to destroy communication infrastructure as it is going to affect the economy of the country.
