Detectives are investigating an incident where the two decomposing bodies, one for a man and one for a woman, were discovered in a septic tank in Mbale, Vihiga County. At least six villagers were shot and killed in an attack in a village in Illeret in Marsabit at the Kenya-Ethiopia border. The attack also left eight other people with serious injuries, police said.
