Detectives are investigating a murder in an incident where the body of a woman was found wrapped in a sack and dumped in a river in Navakholo area, Kakamega County. Police are investigating an incident where four juvenile remandees escaped from the Kisumu Children Remand Home. This was after they used the home’s to escape on Monday.
