There was panic along Outering Road, Nairobi when a fuel tanker burst into flames after an accident. The incident led to the destruction of two other cars, police said. The cars were burnt in the 8 pm Tuesday incident. Witnesses and police said the tanker was ferrying super petrol to Ruaraka when it suddenly hit another car that was ahead of it. Police authorities have reorganised the traffic department. Traffic police operations and command that were initially devolved and put under the county commanders in the country were reverted back to the commandant. A candidate in Ecuador’s forthcoming presidential election has been shot dead at a campaign rally. Fernando Villavicencio, a member of the country’s national assembly, was attacked as he left the event in the northern city of Quito on Wednesday. In a proposed schedule, the highest entry amount will be at parks such as Nairobi National Park, which is frequented by residents.
