According to registration documents in our possession, Issak Somo Ahmed has been listed as a director of the company. Somo works for Fly Skyward Express. The company, which is set to start operations soon, has listed Gabriel Waweru Wainaina as the company secretary alongside Proven Registrars. Skyward, Silverstone and Bluebird are owned by brothers. Police have termed the claims by blogger Dennis Itumbi alluding his car was shot at by unknown assailants at Garden Estate as fake. According to the Star, the police who arrived at the scene, led by Kasarani sub-county police commander Peter Mwanzo did not find any signs of the said shooting. Investigations into the brutal murder of Kanduyi MP Wafula Wamunyinyi’s aide, Peter Ochieng, could take a new twist after a witness in the case was also murdered on Saturday. Mid this month, the International Criminal Court (ICC) confirmed charges against Kenyan lawyer Paul Gicheru for allegedly corruptly influencing witnesses. Gicheru is accused of coercing witnesses to withdraw in the case against Deputy President William Ruto and Joshua Sang for cases against humanity.
