    The wife of Gospel singer Bamboo, Erica Mukisa has revealed that before she saw the light she practiced sorcery.

    Revealing the details of her life, the Ugandan national has authored a book titled Erica Part One: Seven Years in Hell.

    In the book, Erica divulges that she started practicing black magic at the age of 8.

    She further reveals that she was introduced to sorcery by her paternal grandmother and actively performed it for seven years.

    Bamboo’s wife then noted that see left the practice in February 2009 when she converted to Christianity and got saved.

    The couple, who tied the knot on February 20, are stated to have met in 2015.

    It was after their meeting that Mukisa convinced the rapper to get saved and switch from secular music to gospel.

    Emphasizing that the story is based on true happenings, Mukisa affirms that she really struggled with her previous life, and is glad she saw light.

    The couple’s lavish wedding was officiated by Bamboo’s father, Pastor Victor Mwangi in Ruiru.
